Tests are NOT required for Continuing
Education Units (CEUs). Upon completion of each seminar, proof of
attendance will be issued as verification for CE Contact Hours.
All Seminar tests are
Take-Home Tests and only required for those who wish to receive a Certificate of Achievement for their studies in the treatment of
Myofascial Pain and Dysfunction. Tests are required for participation in the AIMS National Certification Program.
Tests may be requested at registration or at any time during the seminar
series. At the completion of each seminar, a take-home test will be
issued with a due date. Tests returned (postmarked) after the due date
will be assessed a $20 late fee.
Each test consists of multiple choice and true or false questions based
on the material covered. The test for the Lab: Clinical Applications
will be an essay exam. The testing fee is $50.00 per test.
A total score of 85% or more is considered passing. Your grade will be
mailed to you. If a passing score is not achieved, tests may be re-taken
at a cost of $50. To re-take a test, a request must be made within 30
days of the original test’s due date.
Tests
for each seminar may only be taken twice within the academic year. If a
participant fails on the second attempt, the seminar must be retaken the
next time it is offered. Participants will be allowed to progress to the
next seminar, pass or fail. Upon successful completion of all tests, a
Certificate of Achievement will be issued and qualify you to apply for
the Certification Exam.
To be eligible to receive a Certificate of Achievement, all seminars
must be successfully completed within no more than two consecutive
academic years.

is a rewarding conclusion to the entire seminar series. Eligibility to
apply for certification exam is available once you have successfully
